The brief
Quotes went out as PDFs over WeChat, Middle East buyers could not read them and inquiries were lost; every new product needed someone to edit pages.
What we built
Custom FastAPI site: automatic zh/en/ar switching by browser language, full RTL Arabic; admin uploads products by phone camera with auto WebP compression; buyers collect items in an inquiry list and submit once, saved to the database and pushed to Telegram; foldable categories, scrolling notice bar and floating WhatsApp.
Result
New products no longer wait on a developer — a batch goes live in ten minutes; inquiries moved from buried chat logs to a structured list you can follow up on mobile.
